can I talk to a live person?
I have websites with WIX, and all of a sudden, they can't be found, but they are at WIX when I go there. I started to, or did accept a Microsoft program for photos, "Postimage," but they wanted access to all of my photos and didn't do it. I didn't feel comfortable. Then 2 photos (my photo & initials) I use on the AOL emails I send out, have BLUE blocks hiding them. What a mess! I've tried to contact PostImage twice to cancel, but I haven't received a reply. Getting Microsoft is next to impossible & they may say that's a third-party program they don't support. Is there a tech I can talk to that can take control to fix my problem? My email is [edited] & phone is [edited] However I get so many spam calls, I'm 83, so I let calls go to voice mail unless I have the # in my address book. Thank you.

I didn't know this was going to be public! Why can't you get a live person like other sites?

Any applications that have direct one on one support by some form of chat, ticket, email, phone tend to be with paid for or subscription based products like like some antivirus clients for example.
The Firefox web browsers are a free to download and use and you can even download source and build it yourself. It would be quite the effort in cost and resources to provide the call centres that would be required to do free direct support for free to use Firefox web browsers, even if they only do it for North America and not globally.
Mozilla does have direct ticket support with their subscription based products like Mozilla VPN and the premium or plus versions of Firefox Relay, Mozilla Monitor, Pocket, MDN Plus because paid for it as part of the subscription.
