where is my refresh button? is it the reload button? can't find button labeled refresh

i can't find my refresh button, all others have a button labeled refresh, i cannot find a button labeled refresh with firefox. could it be the button labeled reload? please help i feel foolish i am always being asked to refresh the page wheres the button? if it is the reload button then why don't they ask for the page to be reloaded.
