Firefox will not open to full page. I just see small icon at bottom on Windows 7 bar. Problem began on June 15. Have uninstalled and downloaded newest version. This did not help.

How can I read the reply if it comes to Firefox? Firefox doesn't open. I have to use IE. All I can see is the tiny 2-inch wide icon of the page.
