When using FF 6.0.1 I cannot print. Not E-mails nor anything from Web sites. I click on print tabs but nothing happens. If I leave FF and go to IE 9 I can print just fine.

Love FF. But since version 6 came along I cannot print anything from E-mails nor from web sites while using FF 6. I have current version 6.0.1 With previous versions of FF I did not have any problems. I can try the print command in the File menu but nothing happens. I can click on the print icon in the tool bar but nothing happens. But in IE9 there is no problem. My printer is HP Premium All-in-one model C310a. I use it wirelessly in our home network...for all our computers. All our PC's are using Windows 7 Home Premium.

I went through the list of steps in your e-mail one at a time......at least the ones that I understood. Nothing had any effect. Some commands....like CTRL/P did not produce anything....no message....no menu....so I could not implement those suggestions.

I finally did a complete uninstall of FF 6. I used Revo uninstall. It usually finds and gets rid of all the bits and pieces left behind by an app. For now I'm using IE 9 but I may do a brand new install of FF soon....hoping that I will be able to print from it then.

Thank you for taking your time to help. Just not my week. I won't bore you with details of the rest of my week.
