Are you using the toolbar described in this article: Toolbar Welcome Mail - Road Runner? If so, what's happening when you try to set it up?

I downloaded the toolbar again 2 days ago. The box shows up in I.E. and works. But, Firefox has a different box and will not let me put my e-mail and password. Instead, it directs me to enter pop-server and port #. I called Time warner, was on the phone with them for 1:45min last week, they gave me pop-server.ca.rr.com, port 587, but still will not work. they could not figure it out. The guy told me to get rid of firefox and stay with I.E. I have had firefox for 5 or 6 years and do not want to change, I just want to figure out how to get the e-mail notifier to work.Like I say, it works in Internet Explorer but not firefox.
