i updated to latest version, still exist, i remove/uninstall firefox from PC & reinstall, still the problem exist

This is as of the 32.0b9 and it has been fixed and will be in the next 32.0 build, likely the 32.0 RC1 build though normally such a fix would be a Beta build like 32.0b10. The Release is next Tuesday so little time. in about:config you can try modify the value for browser.safebrowsing.appRepURL to be blank in meantime.
