Hello, I am a mozillian just for some minutes and have the problem speaking another mother language (and using a german firefox version). I suggest to test the installation of firefox portable parallel to your "old" version: Portables are not so much interwoven with the operation system (and so can be taken with you on an USB flash drive). You can use both versions parallel and test if the problem arises again without loosing the data of your "old" installation (that you possiby have "overwritten" already by the new installation). A malware test additional to you anti virus programm can be made by spybot portable (freeware) -in doubt "installed" and updated on another PC/notebook and "brought" to yours by a flash drive.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

If you can't get Firefox to open, you will have to do this the hard way. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozillacrashreporter Open the file browser / explorer on your computer. Note: You may have to enable Show Hidden Folders / Files. Enter this in the address bar;
