I cannot scroll down or open the down arrow in any location. Also cannot print on American Greetings.

When I click on the down arrow, I get a very quick "blip" and it doesn't open. When I try to scroll down, it will scroll down until I take my pointer off the scroll button and will very quickly go back up to the top. This happens on all scroll bars and down arrows when in FF. I cannot get the down arrow for "this happened below.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
