I like the "Last Pass" feature in Firefox on my last PC that remembered my passwords. I can still access that computer but don't know how to find and save those settings to transfer to my new PC..

You can try installing LastPass and sign in to the existing account. Usually the data would be automatically synced and updated within a few minutes.
