I have removed mozilla 4 times and try to replace but keep getting the same thing. window popping up behind the pages and telling me to cal 1-866-453-0283 that I have a virus on my computer. Norton is also blocking different ones? Why are you not secure? What's going on? Never had this problem before, is it got something to do with the new windows 10 that I put on my PC?

Hi, the number you are being asked to call to remove a virus is almost certainly malware itself! So you can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Note that Firefox should only be downloaded from mozilla.org since from other sites it often comes bundled with unwanted junk.
