since accidentally installing the beta, my unified folder view stoped working. when the mouse pointer is moved over messages in the unified folder they disappear. have tried downgrading, deleting .msf file and rebuilding the global database. nothing seems to work. please help!

unfortunately starting in safe mode the problem persists. I have run out of ideas on this one. perhaps version rollback?

There are a few tips here, especially the 4th and 5th, that sometimes fix corrupted unified folders.

thanks for this I can only see the beta version on this link and various language versions. the inadvertent upgrade to beta was what caused this problem in the first place. any suggestions of other ways to roll out?

problem solved with rollback to v 5,0 and deleting smart mailboxes
