How to get to web mail box to delete email that will not down load to my computer.
Thunderbird shows a message that new emails are being down load but then it stops and none are down load. I can sent emails.

Who is the mail provider? Practically all of them have a website to access accounts and delete a corrupted message that is blocking the download of other messages.
