Since version 122 there is a problem with installing the Szafir SDK Web extension. It is necessary to be able to submit signatures online. The problem is that not everyone will handle it this way.

Based on the links you provided, it appears they are self-distributing their extension. There is not much we can do in this instance; you'd probably need to report the issue to the developer of the extension.
