I am no longer able to pay my bill on Verizon Wireless.
I paid in Janurary but was unable to in February. I believe there was an upgrade to FireFox I can log on but when I select the pay bill option nothing happens. I have examples of the screen.

Please check if this happens in a new profile. If the new profile is okay, you can later copy the needed personal data from the old profile. Firefox stores your personal data and settings in another location (profile folder) separate from its files/folder. A new profile would have the default Firefox settings (Tools (Alt + T) > Options, and about:config ), and usually would also be empty of any Extensions and themes (Appearance) in Tools > Add-ons) and their settings. Also, a new profile would have no previous stored website data/settings etc., (Tools > Clear Recent History).
I was on the road traveling and using wireless with Witopia L2TP VPN for wireless security. When I arrived home and connectesd into my hard wired connection everything worked ok. I have not tested it on wireless now that I am home. I will try as soon as I get a chance and will post the results.
