Firstoff, I was watching youtube when it first went black. All but the video went black. But when I waved the mouse over the black, it started loading in. But, it went black again over and over. I went to install a software update. When the confirm screen went up, it went black. Soon enough, all my tabs went black. Now I can't close it. I am on windows 7.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
