I can't get into my email. It was updated so now I have no email to request a password or username. How do I get my email back?
When I clicked on the Thunderbird icon for email a message said updates were being installed. It appears as if I had just installed it. When I try to install and migrate it needs my username. When I fill in that form it asks for my email. My email is gone! How can I get my account back if I do not know my username and can't get email on that old account?
