Firefox V66.0.2, IE V11.0.9600.19301

Site url is: https://www.dunelm.com/product/3-tier-wooden-shoe-rack-1000143182

I read through the Forum post "Why can't I order an online item from Walmart Canada with Firefox 63.0.1 but can with Internet Explorer ?"

and tried the last mentioned suggestion, without success. Could it be down to the way that the site I was trying to use has been structured? -its 'Search' facility is pretty dire.

Kiválasztott megoldás

I tried the site and clicked on the 'Basket' button and nothing happened. I turned-OFF Content Blocking and was able to put the Shoe Rack in the Basket.

When Trackers are Blocked, some of these Trackers that have a part in site function will stop working. FireFox seems way too aggressive in doing this in the 'Name of Privacy'.

Thanks ~Pj, that seems to do the trick. ISIHAC

Thanks Pj,

That seems to do the trick.

I'd suggest to use Standard Content Blocking. The 'Tracking' Cookies that get blocked on the other Content Blocking settings all too often are breaking some Website functions.
