When I pull up my extensions tab in the add-ons manager it is blank. It will not load any of my extensions to manage or be able to delete them. How do I resolve this issue?

One of the files that stores details about your installed extensions could be corrupt. To fix the problem:

Open your Firefox profile folder using the directions in this article:

Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data

Next, close Firefox and then delete (or rename) any of these files you see listed:

  • extensions.cache
  • extensions.ini
  • extensions.rdf
  • extensions.sqlite
  • extensions.sqlite-journal

Reopen Firefox to see if that solves the problem.

You may also have to delete the compatibility.ini file to make Firefox rebuild some other files in the Firefox Profile Folder.
