Works okay for me.
Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

5 min ago i answer at call from my another client and he's tell mi this same. In addition, it turned out that our browser tools for creating virtual walks also stopped working.
All problem we well get in last update. I don't know where is problem. Debuger and console nothing tell me.
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

This problem doesn't directly affect me, just my clients. There is no such problem on my company computers. Out of the 6 tested computers, this problem appeared only on my wife. Windows 10 is installed on all of them. Firefox ver. 79.
And only one (my wife) has a problem. My 4 clients out of over 300 reported the same problem to me. So, as you can see, the problem does not apply to everyone who has firefox ver installed. 79 and win 10.
It is important that I found a computer where I can personally look for problems. But where to look for them, do not say anything like the console.
I think that this tour uses a canvas to draw the scene, so if they do not see the images then this means that canvas is blocked for some reason. I tried to enable Resist Fingerprinting as that is a possible cause for canvas issues. but the tour still works for me with RF enabled.
Did these affected users try Firefox Safe Mode like suggested above ?
This content is loaded in an iframe, so maybe try to access the page directly via "This Frame -> Open Frame in New Tab" to see if that has effect.
I have opened it directly and the same problem occurs.
I also tried to open this address in safe mode, but the error 500 is displayed. Safe mode blocks the connection with the server but it displays part of the first photo.
My wife's computer has this problem too, so I can test it at home. Please tell me what to do about the canvas.
Hi, I installed firefox to 78 on my computer and the virtual walks work. Then I reinstalled version 79 and they stopped working.
I see that version 79 introduced Intel and Amd GPU webrender. Maybe this is the reason?
I found a bug.
When I open config: about and type "gfx.webrender.all" and change the value to true, the virtual walk is displayed correctly.
Firefox has been last updated to ver. 79 added support for web rendering of AMD and intel graphics cards. This is the problem.
The question is how to solve it on our side. What to do to ensure that our virtual walks render correctly on a few computers of our clients
