Mail merge add on installed, but no "mail merge" in file drop down menu--so cannot to a mail merge. Any advice?
I am running Thunderbird 52.9.1 (just updated) and downloaded updated mail merge 4.12.0. When I open Thunderbird to do a mail merge, there is no "mail merge" option under the File heading, but mail merge is shown as an add on. I have downloaded mail merge several times but no change. I have used earlier versions (Feb. 2018) with no problem. I welcome any advice.

Have you clicked on 'Write' to open new write window? Mail Merge is under 'File' in the 'Write' message window not the Folder Pane general UI view.

Have you restarted Thunderbird so the addon can take effect?
