Open Tabs, no add-ons to save externally, how do I extract the open tabs?

I have too many tabs to go through, too many to individually open in synched Mozilla desktop (this process is laborious as there is not a dedicated window for open tab management in synched devices, each time you click one of the synched open tabs it shuts the synchronized tabs box down so going through them all is not feasible, not to mention long as hell!

There is no longer tab management add-ons because Mozilla android is now being "curated" with Mozilla add-ons or something other. So I don't have a one stop solution which will help me to deal with these tabs.

What do I do? Is there a internal tab management system that I can access, copy the URLs to save in text format? This would help a lot. OR... Just let us use the normal add-ons, which you have left available for the desktop version... Like wth?

Hi. thanks Seburo for your suggestion.

I did try it out but I found that no matter what I did Mozilla Firefox android, default and Nightly did not have the add-on(s) of my preference, rather only the curated add-ons Mozilla has chosen. So unfortunately no Bueno there.

However, as far as tab management your suggestion eventually lead me to possibly the perfect solution.

It was never obvious before, but when you select the tabs view there are the three dots menu Dropbox, and in it you can share all tabs. Which copies them all as URLs and this can be simply copied to Google drive text note file or other apps. This is by far the best solution for me, since I am a frequent user of text notes.

All in all, this would solve my problem. Thanks for your help.

Hi Q

I might be able to help with this.

If you install the Nightly version of Firefox for Android alongside your current version and follow this guide, you will be able to make use (no guarantees) of the add-on you need:

https://blog.mozilla.org/addons/2020/09/29/expanded-extension-support-in-firefox-for-android-nightly/

I hope that this helps.
