Outgoing mail from "hotelploes.com" has been suspended.

I hope you are all well. Yesterday i was trying to send our yearly email to our customers , for the first time though, we are not allowed to send any further emails since yesterday.
Could you please let me know how this could be resolved as we are a bussiness and trying to send a cristmas email ?

Message Sending Error Sending the message failed. Error sending the email. The mail server responded: Outgoing mail from "hotelploes.com" has been suspended... Please check the recipient "[email address removed]" and try again.
The error message is from your email provider's server. You'll have to check with them.
Hi Konstantinos,
You have probably exceeded the maximum daily limit of outgoing messages set by your service provider. Either it will resolve itself in a day or so or you may have to talk with your service provider, as Chris said.
