again- We got notice today that our "Firefox and Flash Player were out of date & needed to be update". But, no data given as to how to update either or both, not a box to click to get the "free" update. Please help. Is this legitimate from Firefox?

You can check directly with Adobe if your flash is up to date or not at

Warning if you update watch out for crapware which comes with every Adobe plugin -- ONLY install the plug-in, every check box is probably for crapware.s


Are you sure it's Flash and not the Reader an updated reader came out Sept 13th, which is not yet in the mozilla plugins check,Flash

or Shockwave Flash
