The connection was reset -The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading. -The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments. - If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection. -If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

I tried clearing the cookies and the cache and tried installing and reinstalling flash but nothing worked.. Also, internet explorer won't load the page either.. I have tried installing windows update but it failed..

As two separate browsers have problems, maybe the problem is with the site. Is the problem only with on or a few sites. Obviously you are managing to use Firefox to write these messages so it seems you have internet access still.

Alternatively look at things affecting both browsers, such as settings for proxies, and any security or firewall software.
