Have been having issues with firefox crashing & v e r r y s l o w also sluggish, I removed by the programs & features than redownloaded it, I can not use it.
Had to remove it for the last & final time. I love & miss my Firefox, but can't take the chance of someone getting into my system. The upgrade had yahoo toolbar which is always easy to get rid of (thank God) but I have this yellow sign in my popup that says something about the system not being safe, & we can not go to any web sites. Why is it everything that is upgraded always turns out to be BULL. I can not use Firefox for anything, so once again had to remove it using the programs & features update/remove. Windows7 Home Premium 64-bit Operating System. HELP.

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.
- Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.
