This is trivial and old-fashioned, but I like title bars. Is there a way to get it to show in Firefox 43.0.2?

The title bar disappeared after I used Refresh Firefox. I suppose this is trivial and old-fashioned, but I do like title bars. Is there a way to get it to show in Firefox 43.0.2?
