I accidently deleted my drafts folder how can it be recovered

I was deleting unused e-mail accounts when I accidently deleted the drafts and the archives folders from the e-mail account I now use. Both folders contain some important information and I would really like to be able to recover said folders. Please can anyone help or tell me if ths connot be done.

Drag them back from Trash.
