Suddenly I cannot log in to Thunderbird. It won't take my password, which I have not changed. Option for new password is not working.
I'm stuck in a loop where I'm continually asked for my password. now it is asked for master password for zoho.com. Is that unrelated to logging in to thunderbird? How do I get back in to my account?

You do not login to Thunderbird. You do login to your account on the server using Thunderbird.
Option for new password is not working.
Please explain what that means.
You can verify your password by logging in to your acccount via webmail.
