NOTE: Firefox 5.0 was released some time ago. Firefox 6 is scheduled for release on August 16.
You might want to reconsider installing Google Toolbar because of the following.
Google decided that they will no longer produce the Google Toolbar for Firefox beyond Firefox 4.

think, this will not explain, how to install it for all the users in a server
You need to ask Google Toolbar support about doing that for Firefox 4.0. That application uses a Windows installer, which installs directly - no way to save that installer package, that I have been able to figure out. If you could save the installer, you might be able to extract for actual Firefox extension and then be able to install it globally.
