I sync with my. mail that I can't access due to "forgotten password "which I'm unable to rectify, due to this I couldn't get the link to verify my sync, now I've registered with a new mail but can't sync with it.. if I try doing so, it takes me back to d previous mail

Hi ruqayyahcrown, Please go to firefox.accounts.com and remove the previous email account on this page. Thank you.

I've tried using the Firefox. Account to solve the problem but it is not helpful

Since it also still takes you back to the previous mail, it is possible to remove the previous account from the Firefox Menu > Settings > Sync. The other place is in the list of accounts on the Android device. You will have to remove the old account for the second to show up in Firefox for Android.
