How can i download 17 jpeg e.mail attachments in one action - windows 7?

I have been sent an e.mail which has 17 attachments - pics. I want to save/store them - do I really have to go thru 17 separate downloads. Have thunderbird and windows 7.

what about right click and detach? or save as?
