I am trying to sign back into my Firefox account and it is not taking my password. Even tried resetting and then gives me an error message

I am trying to sync my phone with the computer and it was saying that wrong password. I tried to reset and would give me an error message but send me an email saying was reset, but when i tried to use that to get in would still give me an error message. Now it says i have exceeded the limit of trying. Please help!!
