Windows 7. Tech support unable to reinstall Windows Live Mail no longer supported by Microsoft. Tech support installed Thunderbird Email. I have an external 5TB hard drive with daily backup to the time of the "crash". How can I migrate email files (file extensions) from back-up drive to new Thunderbird?? If possible?
