Will not download because Firefox is my internet access.

I've down loaded the latest version of Firefox. When I try to install it it stops about 3/4 done and says Firefox has to be shut down before it load. I have windows 10 on computer. I close all Firefox. When I go to downloads it opens Firefox and stops the download. I also use Firefox to access Google and emails.

Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}

Once the download is done, close the web browser and then run the installer.
