How to save inline photos in TB 60.5.0
I have emails with photos inserted in-line and want to save them. I thought earlier versions allowed me to do that. I didn't need to select each image and select "Save image as" for each photo. Other emails have them as attachments, so I have no problem saving them.

So am I mistaken about earlier TB versions being able to save in-line images in one fatal swoop, without having to right click on each image and choose "Save Image As..." ?
I would say in the past you were dealing with attachments that were displayed inline (at the end of the message) by Thunderbird. Whilst displayed by Thunderbird they are not really inline. It would be easy to assume they were inline as they are displayed at the end of the message.
If the images are embedded then you might be able to use this add-on https://addons.thunderbird.net/en-us/thunderbird/addon/show-all-body-parts/
The addon forces all the inline parts of a message to be included in the attachment pane, which does have a save all option.

Inline images and attachments are very different things. Both display an image, but that is about where their handling ends.
Images sent as attachments are displayed at the end of the message, but that s a Thunderbird feature. Other email clients do not display attachments inline at all.
Embedded images, such as are used on web pages have a different content disposition mime detail and are not shown as attachments.

It gave me all of the graphic files in the message, along with the photos, but that's okay. It was easy enough to delete the ones I didn't want. Thanks for your help!
