Is there a fix for the addons Problem on version 52.9.0 ESR yet?

Regarding the disabled addons problem, I'd like to know if the fixed version is already available for users of Firefox version 52.9.0 ESR, which is the last supported on all Windows Vista / XP computers. If not yet, then will it be offered via the update menu or do should we check on mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/? Thanks.
