Not running Private mode. No profile file warnings on load of Browser.

Attempting to clear downloads or other related items (history, etc) results in no action and no error. Button click registered, but no action taken. Tried various ways (buttons, right click menus, etc), always the same result.

Sync of history/etc enabled.

Attaching profile directory (while FF running).
