Cannot find older bookmark files and links after updating to newest revision and forced to create a new acct.

Was forced to create a new Firefox acct. Changed email address. Had to refresh to latest version and changed my email address. Now cannot find previous bookmarks, before I had to update to latest version. Need help in finding all my bookmarks and import them to the new acct

Hello,

Please check your desktop folder for a folder called Old Firefox Data. If this folder exists, please close Firefox and copy the insides of the folder to a Firefox profile, and switch to that profile in about:profiles for exporting things.

If this folder does not exist, please go to about:profiles and check if there are duplicate default-release entries. If so, switch to the other one for exporting things.
