Please give more information. All you've told us is that your profiles are getting bigger.
I have attached a screen shot. I created a second profile it keep track of very specific "sent" emails so I have a record of when they where sent to customers.
I understand your folders are filling up, but what assistance are you requesting? I presume the folders are receiving more messages and attachments, so I don't know what you are requesting. Please be specific so we can offer help if possible.
I am wondering why one profile has a very large capacity and the other a very small capacity. If my second profile was the same size as my first I wouldn't be having a problem. I need a record of the sent eamils for approx 6 months before I can delete them, currently is filling up in about 45 days. I have been saving the emails to my pc. I just started looking closer and noticed the difference in the size of the folder quota. And would like the second profile to have the same size if possible. And to know why the second profile quota is so small.
I was under the assumption if I had two profiles, it was like running two copies of the program with different email address etc...Basically that's what I want to do.
Well, TB does not assign quotas. That is done by the site hosting your data. Only they can answer some of your questions on quota. I noticed the content is noticeably more in one than the other, so it seems they are two different accounts. Are they? If they are two different accounts, they can run in one profile. Does that answer your question? I'm thinking it does not, as I'm still not sure of your overall intent.
They are two different accounts, I'll check with our email host on that. I have run them on the same profile but that has caused some issues with employees getting confused, the main account already has multiple accounts. Thank you for your time
