I replied to your first thread at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1476261 Also if you really do have a actual @mozilla.com email address given to you then you need to contact the IT or whomever is responsible for @mozilla.com address at Mozilla. The general public cannot get a @mozilla.com email address. Locked as duplicate thread.
