Why some websites aren't working properly with Firefox but does with others?

Here are two websites that I have issues with:

https://bell.ca (Home internet section, can't scroll) https://cogeco.ca (Business internet section, can't scroll)

I need to add some precision.

The issue is happening on Android 14, with Firefox 133.0.1 (Build #2016059679)

The issue is happening since years now. It is not since last update.
