Marked email as not junk but still goes to my junk folder.
The email in question is "GiantFoodStores@email-giantfoodstores.com" of course without the quotes. I have added to my personal email address book along with choosing not junk email but the email still goes to the junk email account folder. Any help would be appreciated.

You could try setting up a filter for the email to divert incoming emails into a separate folder. Go to Three lines (top right)/Tools/Message Filters
