Why can't I get the aniweather for my city?

I've tried to get my city in the aniweather and it just won't take it. It's like all it know are the ones already there. I really want to have that aniweather. It is a cool program. Thank you, muffin.

Try to create a new profile and install your AniWeather again. Here is how to create a new profile:
