My mistake I asked Firefox to remember a password. How do I cancel that?
When I was the sole user of my desktop, I asked Firefox to remember my e-mail password. Now someone else shares my computer. Since Firefox fills in the password and all she has to do is click "sign in," she can get into my e-mail. I can't change my e-mail account or my screen name. How can I get Firefox to "forget" my password?

You should maybe consider using separate user accounts on your Windows 7 OS. (Although if anything like Win XP Home any real separation is illusionary) that would give you separate firefox profiles and separate passwords etc.
It is easy to remove or delete passwords see
- see Password manager - Remember, delete, change and import saved passwords in Firefox_viewing-and-deleting-passwords
