Not totally sure I understand what you are trying to achieve, but perhaps you mean this.

If you want to remove the full headers, but show basic TO, FROM, SUBJECT and DATE headers plus email, make sure :

  • View > Headers > Normal
  • File > Print Preview

If you want to only print a section of the email:

  • Highlight the text you want to print in the email
  • File > Print Preview

If you find the Print Preview text is too small or too large, you can change this. At the top of the Print Preview window, there is a 'Scale' option. Increase the 'Scale' from eg: 90% to 120% to increase the font size. Likewise reduce the scale to reduce the font size. When happy with result click on 'Print'.

'Page Setup' button allows you to modify the margins and headers/footers of page. There is also a facility to alter the Format eg: page orientation and scale.

Thanks, that was exactly what I wanted.
