hi Brandonacker, you probably need to install the adobe flash player plugin for those sites to show video content, which you can download from https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html (use the windows exe-installer for plugin based browsers)

After trying every solution on this site, I tried opening FF in compatibility mode. Windows decided that, despite the fact I have Windows 7, I needed to open FF in XP mode. Now Facebook plays viseos fine. I hope the next update fixes this because it is now giving mean warnings when I try tofollow links in e-mail, but I can live with that.
