I am using Mozilla Firefox and we are a Firefox family. After installing Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 I cannot open a single page. First the report says, "it is not authenticated. Untrusted connection". Now it is saying that there is an error. There was no problem when I have used the previous version of Kaspersky Internet Security. Please help, I want to get my browser back.

hi AniJan, kaspersky is probably intercepting all encrypted connection which looks like a man-in-the-middle attack for firefox if this is not set-up properly.

you could go into the kaspersky settings > additional > network settings and disable the scanning of encrypted connections there. alternatively you could also try to import the kaspersky certificate into firefox like described by another user at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1026631#answer-650916 or contact kaspersky's support to get their software working.
