What will work instead to Adobe Flash Player for my 64 bit, Windows 10 HP computer?
"The Adobe Flash Player has crashed" error message is all I get when attempting to watch a video. The videos worked before.

Sorry, there isn't any direct replacement for Adobe Flash for Windows. The "future" is HTML5 Video and Audio on the web; some websites like YouTube have that as the default now, while others offer it as an option.
See this support article for possible fixes. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/adobe-flash-plugin-has-crashed
Thanks for the reply. None of the online troubleshooting tips help with my problem. The videos worked before the upgrade.
Please keep this topic on the forum.
Let's see what the crash reports have to say.
Please follow the steps below to provide us crash IDs to help us learn more about your crash.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
Thank you for your help!
