I am having some problems accessing some websites within my company. I am being told to clear everything, cache, history, etc. by the support team. I don't want to lose the browsing history. Is there any way to save the history as a file and then import it, or at the very least, access the history in the file to identify the link and then launch from that link?

Firefox can save a copy of your bookmarks. But not your history.

Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for what you want.

Are you allowed to install random software utilities? In that case, this program can export to CSV which you can access in Excel:

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/mozilla_history_view.html

If you can't use that, there is an extension I tried once but I found it a little complicated to use and can't recall testing its export feature:

https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/norwell/

Actually, although it can import, it might not be able to export. ??

Did you find a solution to this?
