My URL bar is setup to only show history (not bookmarks or open tabs). I recently updated from Firefox 60 to 65 and the behaviour was that in the dropdown to the right of the URL bar this would only show addresses I had typed and successfully connected to, now this is showing the full history. For example, in a clean Firefox with no history, if I had typed "mail.google.com" into the URL bar then navigated around my email account, the only address in that dropdown would have been https://mail.google.com, now it shows all of the pages I have viewed within gmail. It's only a minor annoyance but I'd prefer the dropdown only show the addresses I've typed rather than everything - and save the history search for when I start typing in it. Having googled around this, it seems in some earlier versions of Firefox there was a setting which controlled this behaviour in about:config, which I can no longer find, is there any way to re-enable this functionality?
